Energy drinks are increasingly gaining market
share in the beverage industry.
Teenagers are perhaps the largest consumers of energy drinks.
Many kids stay up late partying or playing video games then
need a boost to get the next day started.
Until recently I had no idea how prevalent energy drinks
were in our schools. |
Another popular ingredient in energy drinks is taurine, which
is actually something that we naturally get from foods that contain
vitamin B6. We normally get more than enough taurine in out diet
and the extra amount that we get from these energy drinks, depending
on how much we consume, can become toxic in our systems.
Our hectic lifestyle, however, has even made the wait of the drive-through
too much of an inconvenience, thus the emergence of energy drinks.
Energy drinks have become the pick-me-up of choice for an entire
generation. Unfortunately, like coffee, these caffein rich products
provide a short-lived highly intense burst of energy that disappears
quickly and leaves the user feeling wired and strung out. While
energy drinks have proved more convenient than hot coffee, they
have provided little to fill the needs of today.
Endorush, an energy supplement,
is touted as one of the best performance drink in out there.
According to its marketing campaign, Endorush will help
get you fully energized for your workouts and keep you hydrated
through out your workout.
It helps in muscle recovery and improves mental focus. We
will take a look at the product to see its capabilities in
its claim.

One might wonder as to why a green drink should be a better bet
than consuming vegetables and fruits. Well simply put one would
have to eat huge amounts of vegetables to derive similar benefits
that one gets from a glass of a green drink. The green drink powder
can be consumed easily by mixing it with water. Since the green
drink powder is highly alkaline and made from living supplements
one could have it for a week in half the recommended dosage and
then eventually work up to a full dose.
On the other hand, I’m sure you’ve seen and heard multiple
advertisements for energy bars, energy drinks, and energy boosting
supplements, promising more energy if you eat or drink the magical
concoction of chemicals. First, drink caffeine in moderation most
days. Keep the normal daily amounts low to none. Drink decaf instead
of regular, drink tea instead of soda, or drink water instead of
an energy drink. This is on the average day. It wards off the negative
affects and prevents your body from becoming addicted.
