The Golden State Bonsai Federation (GSBF) Collection North is located at Lakeside Park Garden Center, 666 Bellevue Avenue, Oakland CA. The Bonsai and Suiseki Display Garden is the permanent home to precious trees and stones by outstanding masters to be preserved for everyone's enjoyment. Trees for the collection will increase to 100 to provide a rotating display of 50. Tree caretakers work under the direction of Curator Kathy Shaner.  Merrit College Horticultural Club provides garden groundskeeping services.

• Sunday: 12 noon to 4 pm

Hwy. 80 from Sacrramento, 580 to Oakland.  Take Grand Avenue exit to Bellevue Ave.

From Contra Costa: Hwy 24 to 980, Use Grand Avenue Exit. Left to Bellevue.

From Points south:

Highway 580 to Grand Avenue exit.  West to Bellevue

From Hwy 880 (Nimitz Fwy)

Take Oak Street Exit, Right on Oak to Lakeside.  Turn left, proceed beside Lake to Bellevue Ave. Right turn
