look into a Christmas wonderland complete with Santa, elves
and reindeer. |

pulled by a reindeer, meet Santa in person, pet Rudolph and see
Santa's elves at work. Besides the Christmas themes there are other
winter sports, and fantastic scenery to behold in Lapland.

the months of February and April when the ski conditions are at
their best. Beside down hill or alpine skiing you cal also do hill
skiing and cross country skiing. There are also enough resorts that
you will not have to deal with any heavy crowds or long lines at
the lift.

some truly astounding sites. The Swedish Lapland is best known for
its ice hotel, where you can stay and live in a building made completely
of ice. Abisko national park is one of the most beautiful and rigged
parks in the world and you can also view the aurora borealis at
the correct time of year. Finland offers accommodation in snow hotels,
ice igloos and even a snow village. You can learn to drive your
own team of huskies or try your hand at ice fishing. Saunas are
also hugely popular in Finland so you too will be enjoying the luxury
of your own sauna and complete relaxation.
Norwegian Lapland has an extremely diverse and extensive landscape,
sitting at the same latitude of Siberia, Greenland and Alaska. Take
