Awards were presented by GSBF President and Collection-North Chairperson Seiji Shiba to some of the many construction and landscape volunteers Oakland's Lakeside Park Garden Center Auditorium on November 6, 1999 to in recognition of their efforts in preparing the Bonsai & Suiseki Display Garden.
